The StarRater helps CRM users categorize data according to their quality. With the click of a mouse, individual leads, accounts, and contacts are given a rating from one to five stars. After the data is rated, the number of stars assigned is displayed visually alongside the metrics in modules and list views. Additionally, ratings are integrated into the reporting module. "Although a relatively simple tool, the StarRater is in fact very powerful for CRM users. This is especially true when it comes to qualifying leads," comments Intelestream CEO Jason Green.
The Address Verification Tool improves database accuracy and saves time by automatically inputting the city and state fields once a user has entered the zip code of a lead, contact, or account.
The Zip Code Radius Search allows users to view a list of all leads, contacts, and accounts within a specified geographical radius.
The Phone Number Formatter automatically formats phone numbers upon entry according to country code and area code.
