No longer a Silent Night for 4,000 at "The Ball."
People contact us during the course of the year from as far away as Europe or Australia because they are coordinating their travel plans to be in New York for The Ball

New York, NY (PRWEB) December 18, 2007 -- A trend has begun which likens the merriment and festivities of Christmas Eve to that of a "New Years Eve for Jewish Singles."

The Ball, now in its 13th year, originally designed as an alternative for Jewish Singles left with few entertainment options on Christmas Eve, has since taken on a meaning of its own by the very people for whom it was created. "People contact us during the course of the year from as far away as Europe or Australia because they are coordinating their travel plans to be in New York for The Ball," says party originator Jeffrey Strank. "Christmas Eve has become like New Year's Eve for Jewish Singles. Different from the Jewish holidays which unite those with their loved ones, Christmas Eve has become the one night of the year when everyone makes plans in advance to get together, go out and meet new people."

For the first time in history -- in order to accommodate the overwhelming turnout of 4000 people who want to attend Mr. Strank's party -- The Ball will take over downtown Manhattan this Christmas Eve with a party held at five huge NYC venues simultaneously. So many people attend this one affair, in fact, that a fleet of limousines are called in to shuttle guests from party to party!

Although organized by a small NYC company, The Ball is attended by more Jewish Singles than any Matzo Ball event or any event organized by Jdate®, the Jewish online dating website. The Ball, sponsored by LetMyPeopleGo.com, has been the country's biggest Jewish Singles event 12 years in a row a video of The Ball. Not only is this NYC Christmas Eve tradition/institution the country's biggest Jewish Singles party, The Ball is also the country's biggest singles event of any kind.

"Jewniversal Passes," available at http://www.LetMyPeopleGo.com. ($25 in advance, $30 at the door) admit partygoers to five hip Manhattan nightspots - Hiro Ballroom, The Cabanas, The Park, Highline Ballroom and Earth - offering a host of entertainment options including live music, high-flying aerialists and 6 DJs - and provide complimentary use of fleet of limousines for party-hopping.

LetMyPeopleGo.com has organized the nation's best-attended Jewish Singles event since 1995. For further information, please contact Jeff Strank at (212) 717-2018 or at jeff @ letmypeoplego.com.
