The rapid pace of mergers and acquisitions, evolving regulations, technology systems updates, and internal reorganizations require todays financial services leaders to be agile," said Connie Hritz, Omega Performance senior vice president, research and development. Leaders need their teams to adapt easily and enthusiastically. Omegas Leading Through Change solutions build leadership skills, giving managers the confidence they need and prepare them to be effective amid all of the pressures and uncertainties that accompany change, including their own feelings about the change."

The Leading Through Change suite includes three change management components. The Change Readiness Assessment is an online tool that equips managers to effectively plan and lead the change through detailed reporting that indicates change readiness at the individual, team, and organizational level. Two different, full-day interactive sessions—Navigating Through Change and Coaching Through Change—give leaders actionable insights into their peoples willingness and ability to adapt to a change as well as the skills and tools to successfully launch change initiatives; communicate the need for change; involve others; create a supportive environment; and coach individuals and teams through self-discovery, moving them to a higher level of commitment to the change. Additional suites will be added to the companys Leadership Solutions as they are developed.

The Leadership Solutions and Omegas entry into change management is indicative of the companys
commitment to increase both the depth and breadth of its results-driven solutions for the financial services industry. Developed by financial services experts with decades of collective leadership experience, the Leading Through Change solutions span commercial and consumer banking including sales and service, credit and risk management, wealth management, customer service, and contact center. Omega Performance is the only firm that can work with a financial services company across all these disciplines to develop enterprise-wide change agility that results in clear competitive advantage and differentiation in the marketplace.

The company will host a complimentary webinar entitled: Leading People Through Change on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm EDT. During the session, Connie Hritz will reveal the best practices that have guided managers through successful change initiatives.
