Metricon home builders are moving to open a new branch in NSW.

General Manager NSW, Rob Grant is ecstatic about his new venture with Metricon into the NSW home builders market.

Rob's background is impressive, an Architectural Draftsman by trade, he worked for the Hooker Corporation for 18 years -- 9 of which were in management positions. Rob then moved to AV Jennings running his own division specialising in a Government funded first home buyer scheme before starting up his own company Domaine Homes (Clarendon CPG).

"My vision for Metricon is simple and similar to Victoria; we aim to be the leading home builder within NSW in terms of quality, value and excellence.

"We're looking to kick the year off with a bang with our first display homes in NSW located at Kellyville and another at Hoxton Park. A further three display centres are also scheduled for 2009, so it will be a very exciting year for us. Our building areas include Sydney, Illwarra and the Hunter regions," suggests Rob.

Despite having no sales office open to the public as yet, the customer response is already gathering momentum.

The NSW Metricon office is starting to grow. Rob has assembled an impressive support team; Tony Peters: Purchasing and Estimating Manager, Yonky Djajaputra: Design Manger and Andrew Mavin: Building Manger, all of who have exceptional experience and all are equally as excited about this venture as Rob is.

"I am excited to say the Metricon Sales Office will be open for business in January 2009, located in Kellyville," states Rob.
