eCycle and Navitas will develop, produce and market high current multi-phase buck/boost regulators.

Temple, PA (PRWeb) February 7, 2007 -- eCycle is pleased to announce a cooperative relationship with Navitas Technologies, Ltd. located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Under the collaborative arrangement, eCycle and Navitas will develop, produce and market high current multi-phase buck/boost regulators.

The buck/boost regulator, or NPS600, greatly complements eCycle's innovative SolidSlot™ brushless motor/generator. The NPS600 serves as voltage regulator for generator applications and enables current control and regeneration in motor applications.

We are very enthusiastic about presenting these products to existing customers, as well as new ones.
"Navitas will manufacture power conversion electronic equipment, which both companies will distribute," said Dan Sodomsky eCycle's President and CEO. "Also, Navitas will have the opportunity to distribute SolidSlot™ motor/generators. Since both companies already manufacture and distribute high efficiency components for mobile applications, cooperative marketing makes a lot of sense."

"The developments by eCycle and Navitas have created new benchmarks for energy efficiency and innovation," said Mike Oreskovic, CEO of Navitas Technologies. He added, "We are very enthusiastic about presenting these products to existing customers, as well as new ones."

Many end products can be enabled or enhanced by using these components, including hydraulic equipment, auxiliary power units/DC gen-sets, material handling equipment, marine propulsion systems, integrated starter/alternators, hybrid vehicles and robotics platforms. Both eCycle and Navitas are peerless in many or most of the products they offer and applications they support.
