Mitchell will succeed him as the Company's next President & CEO, effective January 15th, 2009. Eric Mitchell, who has led PPS since 1984, will continue to be associated with the company as Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Kevin's recent experience includes 12 years in operational and financial fields with General Electric and Colgate Palmolive. During his last assignment with Colgate, he was the Financial Manager for four of the company's brands. Kevin holds a BA in Economics and English from Duke University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Rochester.
