Participating companies were selected based on results of anonymous employee surveys and a statement of defined employee benefits. The employee surveys included questions based on workplace culture, stated benefits and employee perks.

Companies are recognized because of their understanding of a quality workplace and a quality workforce. The program hopes to promote constructive competition between companies to improve standards in the state of Oklahoma.
