The CMPS Institute hosts training events in various locations across the country, but Southern California has been one of the hottest markets.
“Southern Californian mortgage professionals have been eager to embrace certification, and we look forward to hosting this event in March,” says Gibran Nicholas, founder and Chairman of the CMPS Institute.

The training includes a test-as-you-go exam which students must pass with a score of 80% in order to gain the certification. If students do not pass at the event, they have additional opportunities to so when they return to the office as the information and exam are available online.
