The TOKYOPOP MANGA Creator Contest “I LUV HALLOWEEN” begins at 12:00 a.m. PST on October 2, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on November 5, 2007. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on November 5, 2007. Winners will be announced no later than December 15, 2007. The Overall Grand Prize winner will receive $1,000.00 in cash and a Planetwide Media software gift bundle worth a retail value of $1,120.00.
