Charlotte, NC (PRWeb) March 27, 2007 -- AccruePartners, a full-service recruiting firm handling both temporary and permanent placement, is in the midst of a research project that will examine the Charlotte marketplace, specifically the demands that this growing market has placed on employers searching for talent and employees looking for the right fit. All business professionals who complete the survey will receive a copy of the comprehensive report based on the "2007 Charlotte Employment Trends" survey.

AccruePartners began this project because they found that the Charlotte job market is one of the hottest in the U.S. According to the U.S. Dept. of Labor, Charlotte-Gastonia-Concord, N.C.-S.C. had one of the largest over-the-year increases in employment in 2006. The regional growth, the War for Talent and the increasing sophistication of the workplace is making it more difficult for employers to find the talented individuals they need. In certain fields, the supply simply does not meet the demand. Employees are also more mobile than ever and looking for the next best thing.

How do employers recruit and retain the best employees while still maintaining profitability? How do employees find the employer that is the best fit for them? The "2007 Charlotte Employment Trends" survey seeks to answer these questions and explore other issues relevant to staffing, recruitment and retention in the Charlotte area.

The report based on this survey, tentatively titled "2007 Charlotte Employment Trends," will offer a thorough analysis of job search and job posting methods, the relationship between employers and employees and those techniques or tools that can help enhance recruitment and retention for each company. The report will also include best practices from industry leaders in Charlotte and anticipated trends for 2007. In order to effectively recruit and retain the best talent, employers must be aware of best practices and the needs and wants of talented individuals.

To be part of the survey and receive the trends report at its completion, go to http://www.eqr1.com/sw.pcm?n=T04230&data=1~~src~1. For more about AccruePartners, visit their website at www.accruepartners.com.
