Woodbridge, NJ (PRWEB) April 28, 2008 -- NationDry Waterproofing, Inc., a leading provider of basement waterproofing and water remediation services, today announced that in response to economic conditions, the company is reducing rates on all services. NationDry was established in 1999, and offers a full line of water and mold remediation services, as well as corrective services for foundation and structural issues.

Stuart Perlman, President of NationDry, stated today that as a result of increasing costs affecting homeowners, most notably in the northeast, the company is taking measures to insure that homeowers and their families do not live in environments that could negatively impact their health.

Homeowners should not have to choose between feeding their family and living in an unhealthy environment. Water infiltration and mold can lead to serious health issues. Therefore, we are offering homeowners the opportunity to address these issues in a cost effective way.
Mr. Perlman stated, "Economic conditions have deteriorated over the past 12 months, adversely affecting the value of homes across the nation, as well as the residual income homeowners rely on for everyday needs. Homeowners are now faced with tough decisions regarding their spending habits. I don't feel that homeowner should put off decisions that could impact the health of their family."

Water seepage in basements and crawl spaces is a common occurrence in homes, and could result in conditions suitable for mold growth. Mold growth is a contributor to adverse health conditions that include allergies, asthma, skin rashes, fatigue, depression, unexplained irritability, flu-like symptoms, breathing difficulties, coughing, sinus congestion, nausea, chronic headaches, and arthritic-like conditions.

Mr. Perlman further states, "Homeowners should not have to choose between feeding their family and living in an unhealthy environment. Water infiltration and mold can lead to serious health issues. Therefore, we are offering homeowners the opportunity to address these issues in a cost effective way." Beginning April 23rd, NationDry will be substantially reducing the cost of installations to assist homeowners in living in a water-free/mold-free, healthy environment.
