(PRWEB) April 10, 2008 -- Creditplus are delighted to have won the first heat of the BowShot eDen 2008 competition. The heat, organised by the BowShot community of high-achieving entrepreneurs in Dorset and Hampshire, put 4 mission-critical websites up against each other in attempt to reach this year's final, to be hosted at Bournemouth University on Thursday 18th September 2007.
The Creditplus web site and online business model faced stiff competition from JCI Southampton, Splash Spas and Recruitment Juice.
The competition, based on the well known 'Dragons Den' format, is a forum for e-business discussion and feedback. The judging panel is comprised of five top e-business experts (Martin Montague - Symbios, Sarah Baker - Refreshed Media, Spencer Gallagher - Bluhalo, Janine Battersby and Allan Cummings), who were also on-hand to provide criticism and feedback.
Shaun Armstrong, Managing Director of Creditplus Car Finance said, "Entering the event provided an ideal way for me to receive high quality feedback on how to develop our web business further. 16 ideas, 9 of which we can work on straight away and monitor the effect they have. Put simply expert advice in 20 minutes that would have taken days, weeks or even months to find out.

The feedback given on the evening was open, honest and done in a manner that did not leave you feeling battered or bruised.
