Case IH, in conjunction with its dealers, is offering disaster relief to victims of the recent hurricanes and other storms that battered the Gulf Coast region of the United States. Case IH will work with affected producers in federal disaster areas to revise existing payment plans, or to replace storm-damaged equipment and provide special financing.
If you're in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi or Texas and your farm is in one of the many counties or parishes declared a federal disaster area, we want to ease your burden and help reduce the impact of your production loss

Racine, WI. (PRWEB) October 10, 2008 -- Prompted by the relentless barrage of hurricanes and storms on the United States Gulf Coast, Case IH and its dealers are reaching out to offer additional relief and support for disaster-stricken farmers. "If you're in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi or Texas and your farm is in one of the many counties or parishes declared a federal disaster area, we want to ease your burden and help reduce the impact of your production loss," says John Koetz, Case IH senior director of marketing.

In cooperation with its financial services partner, CNH Capital, Case IH will work with affected producers, where possible, to revise existing payment plans, or to replace storm-damaged equipment and provide special financing.

"We are sympathetic to the hardships you've endured in recent years, and we want to help ensure the sustainability of your operation. If you're a Case IH customer who's currently financing equipment with CNH Capital and anticipate problems making your next scheduled payment(s), see your local Case IH dealer to discuss your situation," Koetz adds. "We will work to help you through this difficult time.

"If storm damage has forced you to replace lost equipment with new machinery, Case IH can help you here, too," Koetz continues. "We're offering special financing to qualifying customers who live in disaster areas, allowing you to get the equipment you need now and not be forced to wait for the insurance check. Your Case IH dealer will have all the details."

Case IH Parts & Service and CNH Capital are also offering extended financing terms. "Many producers are going to need replacement parts to get equipment in shape now, and we want to help make that happen," says Eric Bippus, CNH vice president of sales & marketing for parts and service. "Again, ask your Case IH dealer for more details on how we can help you get back in the field."

Koetz adds, "Case IH is proud to provide some peace of mind for producers and allowing them to focus their efforts on raising their families, resuming their operation and rebuilding their communities.
