This new podcast is directed at today's business and information technology professionals who have a need or desire to keep abreast of news, trends and key insights across change management, information technology service management (ITSM) (e.g. information technology infrastructure library (ITIL), outsourcing (offshore and near-shore) and governance (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)).
EnterpriseCM is including four episodes as part of the initial Change & Governance launch.
