"Our mission was to find a viable option for people everywhere to learn and integrate our advanced coaching technologies in a collaborative classroom environment even though they lived too far away to attend our in-class coach trainings," said Lawrence McGinnis, Director of Erickson College International.

Erickson College takes coach training one step further than traditional distance learning programs by putting the conference call format together with the trainer and the training material live via the Internet. The result: The students are experiencing a much deeper learning and quicker integration of the course material.

Through the online coach training course, coaching students can see the trainer and the materials in real time, join intimate learning communities, and partake fully -- whether they are in an office in their suits or at home in casual clothes -- anywhere in the world.
