"Customers keep demanding more from us," said Liz Powell, Master Coffee Roaster and co-founder at Coffee Bean Shop Ltd. "Part of our strategy for success is to offer a wider choice of the very best coffee beans available in the marketplace, then freshly roast those coffees to order. We have just added several new exciting coffees to our range," she added.
"As well as new coffee beans varieties now being roasted here at our rural roastery, we have decided to branch out a little and offer some coffee brewing equipment on our site. We now have connoisseur filter coffee brewers , coffee grinders and other items in our store," said Dean Chalk, Coffee Roaster and co-founder.
"On top of all of this, we have now opened our green coffee bean stocks to the discerning 'home coffee roasting' marketplace" said Dean. "We were receiving so many enquiries about the possibility of supplying green coffee, that we decided to add a green coffee beans page to our website, where most of our green coffee beans are available for purchase." He added.
Coffee Bean Shop Ltd has also recently announced plans to expand their operation and move into bigger and newer roasting premises. The move is essential to accommodate the additional roasting equipment needed for the increase in demand from the UK public for freshly roasted coffee. "We're looking at a number of new sites for our coffee roastery," said Liz, "it needs to be big enough to allow us to expand our operation simply and quickly" she added, "but at the same time we do not want to lose that rustic rural feel to our current roastery in rural Pluckley."
