Napa, California based college offers medical career programs in schools across the country.

Napa, CA (PRWEB) June 27, 2008 -- Which Napa area college has graduated over 60,000 students since 1991? It may be surprising to learn that Boston Reed College based in Napa enrolls about 5000 students per year. They are responsible for teaching health care careers to thousands of students in locations across California, as well as in other states.

Boston Reed College

By partnering with an expert in allied health training, it can reduce risk, eliminate start-up costs, and generally make their program innovation manageable, while providing the community with access to training in the exploding healthcare industry.
You won't find an actual Boston Reed College campus in any of these spots. Instead Boston Reed partners with 150 different community colleges and adult education centers. Boston Reed recruits the instructors, provides class materials and creates the curriculum, but the classes are held in another school's facility.

"We make it easier for educational organizations to offer health occupations training in their community," explains Dana Bernard, President of Boston Reed College. "By partnering with an expert in allied health training, it can reduce risk, eliminate start-up costs, and generally make their program innovation manageable, while providing the community with access to training in the exploding healthcare industry."

"We have offered several Boston Reed courses in our program and have been extremely pleased," said Linda Kurokawa, Community Education Director of Palomar College. "The instructors are professional and well-prepared, the curriculum is excellent and our students are more than satisfied."

The students enrolling in Boston Reed's programs also have a fantastic advantage. "Because of our unique partnerships with the schools, we are able to keep costs down and pass the savings to the student, so they can attend Boston Reed at a much more affordable tuition," Bernard said.

About Boston Reed College:
