Small is a three time Olympian, five time World Champion (including twice as MVP), two time National Champion and she currently trains full-time in Toronto playing for the CWHL's Mississauga Chiefs. She has a mechanical engineering degree from Stanford University, where she had a track and field scholarship and she also played the men's PAC-10 conference.
