Intellectus has filed a complaint in NY State court against Riptide, and
its subsidiaries, Bravera, Inc. and IP Holding of Nevada Corp. alleging
that they materially breached the Intellectus License Agreement by
failing to fulfill their responsibilities to make millions of dollars of
contractually mandated payments as well as failing to provide the
contracted software and support to numerous customers to whom Riptide
has sold Bravera® software and product
support services since July 2007.

and receive up to 60 days of no cost product help desk support to assist
them in this transition period.
