Winners were recognized during the eCopy Paper Connection Forum, held October 6-9 in Boston, Mass., an industry conference for office equipment dealers, MFP manufacturers, independent software vendors, system integrators and industry experts to team up on advancing document scanning strategies.
In the first of two awards, the senior executive team from the Southeast Region of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. was recognized for its sponsorship of a joint telemarketing and Email solution-based campaign. Through this initiative the sales team moved from a hardware focus to solution selling focus. Additionally, the program raised the quarterly rate of solution sales and the quarterly rate of associated equipment revenue.

Through Konica Minolta's thoroughness of the accreditation process, the program guaranteed healthy pipeline business generation and allowed them to restore business with previously closed accounts.
