The second real estate report for those that choose to follow market trends is provided within their weekly updates to the Souers South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Blog under the category of "Lake Tahoe Real Estate Market Update." Each week, the number of new listings, pending and closed sales are listed and compared to that of the previous week.
