The MathWorks today announced the opening of a new office in Beijing, China that will be responsible for selling and supporting the Company's MATLAB(R) and Simulink(R) product families throughout Mainland China.

announced the opening of a new office in Beijing, China that will be
responsible for selling and supporting the Company’s
MATLAB®
and Simulink®
product families throughout Mainland China.
The new office will further enable The MathWorks to provide direct
support and services for technical computing and Model-Based
Design to its expanding Asia Pacific user community, particularly in
the automotive, consumer electronics, and academic sectors. The
MathWorks will maintain its distributor relationship with HiRain
Technologies, which will continue to sell and service MathWorks products
to China’s aerospace and defense sector.
