Lesley Stein, CPT fitness expert, is going the extra mile to help baby boomers reduce their risk of memory loss through an educational seminar that links nutritional health and fitness to brain activity.

NORTHRIDGE, Calif. (Business Wire EON) November 6, 2008 -- Lesley Stein, CPT fitness expert, is going the extra mile to help baby boomers reduce their risk of memory loss through an educational seminar that links nutritional health and fitness to brain activity.

Memory Loss disrupts daily living and is oftentimes traumatic. I feel it is my duty to use my education and experience to help as many people as I can avoid memory loss.
On November 1st, 2008 Lesley Stein partnered with one of Londons leading neurosurgeons in an effort to combat memory loss, especially for those born between 1946 and 1964. Together, they have created and implemented the SML Plus Health Program.

The SML (Stop Memory Loss) Plus Program is a 3-tiered system that utilizes alternative medicine and aerobic fitness to regulate and enhance brain activity. The program includes:

1. A List of 16 Smart-Health Tips for Brain Chemistry Regulation
2. Fitness Consulting for Optimal Oxygen Absorption
3. Homeopathic Regimens

The goal of the SML Plus Program is to reduce the percentage of the United States 77 million baby boomers from becoming high risk for memory loss. A memory problem is serious when it affects your daily living. If you sometimes forget names, you're probably okay. But for those who may have a more serious problem, like having trouble remembering how to do things you've done many times before, getting to a place you've been to often, or doing things that use steps, like following a recipe, the SML Plus Program can help.

Memory Loss disrupts daily living and is oftentimes traumatic. I feel it is my duty to use my education and experience to help as many people as I can avoid memory loss.
