announced today the hiring of Brian Rooney as Vice President, Print
Technology. Rooney brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at
companies such as Pantone, Xerox, and Agfa with color digital printing
systems and technologies.
In this new role, Rooney will lead Mimeo.com’s
print technology and engineering teams. He will be responsible for
improving upon the proprietary technologies and processes used by
Mimeo.com while envisioning the print factory of the future.

Rooney Biographical Information
Prior to joining Mimeo.com, Rooney was Chief Technology Officer at
Pantone where he was responsible for technology, software and hardware
product development, and the licensing of intellectual property related
to the measurement and communication of color.
Prior to Pantone, Rooney was Manager of Strategy and Product
Planning/Workflow Systems at Xerox, Inc. While there, he was responsible
for the portfolio of Xerox’s workflow
products and services. As General Manager of one of the North America
Solutions Sales Teams at Xerox, Rooney oversaw the high-end sales
operations team that provided complex monochrome and color digital
printing solutions for ecommerce, book publishing, and variable data
printing applications for Xerox’s North
America Graphic Arts customers.
