The API Suite allows organizations to leverage their existing CRM and ERP platforms to automate traditional business processes and create new ways to communicate with employees, customers and constituents via a SaaS offering. Because the API Suite encompasses multiple APIs, developers are able to combine delivery modalities to create traditional, composite or mashup applications. Based on Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Extensive Markup Language (XML), the API Suite offers flexible solutions and application delivery in short time frames.
