Real Estate Broker Develops Market Penetration Network

Statewide market model offered to real estate brokerage owners.

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) June 30, 2006 -- An innovative market development tool created by a real estate company owner positions brokerage owners to leverage transaction commission in a whole new light. Today, a 50-State National Relocation Network comprised of more than 25,800 websites, blanketing a population in excess of 235,000,000 consumers is available for use.

Donald Teel, Founder and CEO, sold his Northern Arizona real estate brokerage in April 2005 to devote resources to the continued development and national roll out of the e-Partner National Relocation and Brokerage Services Network. “It has been the commitment of e-Partner since its beginning to deliver a national network to company owners who have the vision to see beyond today’s business models to the next generation, and as a former owner, I saw a lot of services being delivered to agents but very little being developed and delivered to the owners, the people who provide the market stability and who have a real financial and long-term commitment to the markets,” said Teel.

According to e-Partner, there will be increasingly fewer new revenue opportunities within traditionally defined territorial markets, impeding an owner’s ability to expand beyond geographically defined market areas. In contrast, e-Partner creates nearly unlimited NEW opportunities for revenue within the yet un-tapped middle and minor markets of the United States. Best of all, e-Partner is dedicated to the owners who license each state in developing increased market penetration, recruiting techniques and overall business asset enhancement.

e-Partner understands real estate companies, how they operate, and the unique financial and market dilemmas faced by owners. Donald Teel states, “We are on the cusp of a new emerging real estate economy. As this new real estate economy continues to emerge, real estate companies can discover new, profitable and exciting ways to exploit their markets by means of applied technologies that reduce overhead, create streamlined management, simplify operations and yes, push more profit to the bottom line.”

“e-Partner is really an economic model designed for the owners of real estate companies so that they can shift their emphasis to market-management within their state and drive new revenue to their bottom line,” said Gary Fisher, the Company’s Vice President of Network Services. Each State Network is licensed to only one real estate company owner, so there will ultimately be 50 or fewer State Affiliate Brokers who manage, control and benefit from the model. At this time nearly 1/3 of the United States has been licensed to key independent and franchisee owners.

The sad news for brokerage firms today is that they have allowed themselves to be defined territorially and physically, meaning that they have been reared in the school of thought that defines their business with boundaries and borders, sometimes known as a Market Service Area (MSA), or Effective Service Area (ESA). This was all well and good in the static, territorial markets of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s. In today’s real estate economy, this approach may inhibit the owner's ability to expand his/her company because it is increasingly difficult to capitalize traditional physical expansions with the limited ROI most owners realize.

With an emphasis on recruiting sales associates in the micro, macro and the sub-markets within a state, e-Partner delivers fully integrated city networks to the owners of existing real estate brokerage firms, each city tied to the state’s recruiting center website. The model espoused by e-Partner refers to the state as the “real estate company”, its regions as “branch offices” and each community as a “conference room” where consumers come and go. A primary recruiting objective involves placing a real estate professional in each community to service the consumer needs.

The top-level domain of the National Relocation Network is located at www.UnitedStatesWebPage.com. The network empowers the consumer who is contemplating relocation with the ability to move seamlessly throughout the Country, tour any State or its regions, explore communities, connect with brokerage firms, preview properties and discover ancillary service providers.
