Search-To-Phone, a participant in last year's Boulder-based TechStars program for technology start-ups, today announced it has received a strategic investment from Gold Systems, Inc., also located in Boulder.

BOULDER, Colo. (Business Wire EON) February 20, 2008 -- Search-To-Phone, a participant in last years Boulder-based TechStars program for technology start-ups, today announced it has received a strategic investment from Gold Systems, Inc., also located in Boulder.

We're pleased to be increasing our investment with Search-To-Phone and to be involved with a fast growing local company showing great potential. The company's unique approach to the market should change how we think about 411 services
Search-To-Phone is a free service designed to help consumers search for local products and services with one call. Rather than use the Yellow Pages and make dozens of calls to find a local product or service, Search-To-Phone records a consumers search request then notifies every matching local business by phone. In as little as 60 seconds the caller is connected to merchants who are ready to help without repeating their request or making multiple calls.

Were pleased to be increasing our investment with Search-To-Phone and to be involved with a fast growing local company showing great potential. The companys unique approach to the market should change how we think about 411 services, said Terry Gold, CEO, Gold Systems.

Search-To-Phone recently accepted funding from Boulder-based angel investors Brad Feld and Jared Polis, among others.

The Search-To-Phone technology has been proven in over three years of in-field testing and the company has recently begun signing distribution deals with local search engines. Internet users will begin seeing the Search-To-Phone "Find It For Me" button on search engines starting in March. However, consumers can use the service now by going to www.SearchToPhone.com or by calling 1-800-547-2811.

Search-To-Phone is a patent-pending technology and is a registered trademark of WeBe Yellow, Inc., a privately funded enterprise based in Boulder, Colo., and New York City. Gold Systems is a unified communications software company located in Boulder. Through its award-winning products and services, Gold Systems helps its customers identify where productivity can be improved with voice-driven solutions. The companys unified messaging implementation services, as well as its self-service speech recognition solutions, allow businesses to improve productivity and profitability.
