Despite increased transportation, packaging and product costs, DiFiore Seasoning has announced there will be no price increases and it will continue to position itself as a value leader in the seasoning industry.

DiFiore Seasoning

DiFiore Seasoning, launched in March of this year, was founded by descendants of Guilio and Josephina DiFiore and dedicated to their Authentic Italian Seasoning recipe. The company's web site at http://www.difioreseasoning.com features recipes developed by the company and creative customers accross the United States. All recipes are quick, simple, easy to make and are designed for the inexperienced as well as experienced cook. Consumers are encouraged to get creative and submit their recipes to the new recipe blog for potential inclusion.

Recipe suggestions include: Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches, Italian roast beef, chicken, pork, ribs, seafood, Italian salad dressing, bread dipping sauce and more. DiFiore Seasoning can be used as a dry rub as well as part of a marinade base.

DiFiore Seasoning Authentic Italian Seasoning is packaged in unique foil lined pouches which keep the seasoning fresh until ready to use. DiFiore Seasoning contains no sodium and no preservatives.

DiFiore Seasoning continues to be available only through the company's web site at http://www.difioreseasoning.com. A wholesale division of the company is expected to be announced later next year.
