Neighborhood America was among the 340 distinguished finalists that were selected by a panel of expert judges during the first round of competition. From the impressive list of finalists, only 75 were honored with CODiE Awards during the evening Gala on May 20, 2008, each representing the single best solution in each of the established categories.
