StreamServe Persuasion, an EDP solution, will enable Santander Consumer Bank to take information from its back-end enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SCM and legacy systems) and transform it into business correspondence that acts as a dynamic and personalized marketing vehicle for cross-sell, up-sell and brand building. By presenting a persuasive, consistent and personalized experience across all communication channels, StreamServe Persuasion will enable Santander to enhance further the value of its customer relationships.
