SyberWorks, a leader in custom e-Learning Solutions and the Learning Management System industry, announced a new training management systems case study available in the SyberWorks Online Media Center.

(PRWEB) June 26, 2006 -- David Boggs, CEO of SyberWorks states, “training and consulting companies have a unique set of needs when it comes to operating their business. Many times, training companies are forced to patch together a series of applications and software to meet their enterprise IT demands for delivering and managing the training they provide.”

Boggs says, “In general, a training and consulting company will spring up from a group of people possessing a specific skill set and/or area of knowledge, whether it’s environmental hazards, health and safety, or any other area. These companies are composed of subject matter experts within their given area of knowledge. More often than not, they do not have the onsite organizational resources to run a training company.”

Boggs continues, “Their staffs are usually busy marketing and providing their brand of training and consulting, with not much time to run the business aspects of training. In addition, they usually have some pretty specific requirements in terms of tracking students, instructors, competency management, materials distribution, and other issues not usually familiar to a company that purchases a Learning Management System to meet their in-house training management needs.”

Boggs says, “SyberWork’s latest training management systems case study is based on needs and business circumstances of one of our training company clients, Information Mapping, Inc. The case study details some of the specific needs in regards to Information Mapping’s training business model. It demonstrates how the SyberWorks Learning Management System provides an end-to-end business solution from which they can manage their training business.”
