New Teaser Video for Brittown: a British Motorcycle Documentary Film Jumps to the Top of YouTube

The much anticipated release of One World Studios' epic British motorcycle documentary "Brittown" was given a big boost today when its video teaser jumped to the top of YouTube's rankings in the Most Viewed and Top Favorites categories of the Autos & Vehicles section. Featuring an insider's view of Brit bike culture including vintage motocross, flat track, road racing, custom street bikes, and even a wild vintage lingerie beauty contest, the newly released footage seems to have struck another chord within the burgeoning Triumph motorcycle and hipster communities. The release of Brittown comes almost two years to the day since One World's first film "Choppertown: the Sinners" stormed onto the indie scene by winning several Best Documentary awards and launched a film making movement within the biker community not seen since the release of the seminal biker films "Easy Rider" and "On Any Sunday".
In the end we always want to say thanks to our supporters who have literally paved the road for our journey. We make our films for them and hope to reward their excitement for Brittown with an amazing voyage

Los Angeles, CA (Billboard Publicity Wire) October 9, 2007 -- One World Studios Ltd. launches the new teaser for their second insider look at biker culture, Brittown: a British motorcycle documentary film. The new teaser provides a nearly four-minute heart-pounding glimpse of the upcoming feature documentary featuring vintage Triumph motorcycle racer and mechanic Jeff "Meatball" Tulinius from the Hell On Wheels bike shop in Anaheim, CA.

Brittown chronicles several months in Meatball's life as he runs his old BSA in vintage motocross races, embraces the legacy of Steve McQueen on his vintage Triumph Cub desert sled with the No Gooders motorcycle club, flies down the Willow Springs raceway on his Norstar, and uses all his skill to rebuild an old 650 Triumph Bonneville motor into a blazing road-ready screamer ... all while juggling his responsibilities to his family and his rock band Smiling Face Down.

Building on the success of their cult-hit motorcycle DVD Choppertown: the Sinners that exposed the underground world of the Sinners hot rod and motorcycle club, Brittown marks the most ambitious film to date for One World principals Zack Coffman and Scott DiLalla. "We've been blown away by the response to our films," says DiLalla, "We made Choppertown on a wing and a prayer and I think we struck a chord with the regular Joe wrenching on his bike in his garage. Our films so far have taken place in the world of motorcycles and hot rods, but we try to speak to a more universal concept of not needing to be rich and famous to put your energy into something that you love. It's not about how much money you have, but about your passion for life."

Adds Coffman, "There's a mystique to the old British bikes that people really connect with. Like Steve McQueen racing in On Any Sunday, when you ride an old Triumph motorcycle -- Harley, BMW, Honda or whatever -- you feel a relationship with the past but also have a chance to express yourself as an individual in the present. Brittown and Choppertown are about more than motorcycles; they are about individual expression and about an import part of our cultural heritage."

"In the end we always want to say thanks to our supporters who have literally paved the road for our journey. We make our films for them and hope to reward their excitement for Brittown with an amazing voyage," DiLalla said.

There has been such a demand created for Kustom Kulture related films that Coffman and DiLalla have begun distributing films from other motorcycle film makers as well. The Choppahead video DVDs (Vol. 1 and Vol. 2) are recent additions to the Choppertown Store as well as Roland Sands' New Blood DVD.

Britttown Synopsis:
Brittown delves into the rambunctious So Cal subculture that centers around building vintage Norton, BSA, and Triumph motorcycles and racing them on weekends followed by drinking lots of beer and playing music all night long. Featuring Meatball from the Hell On Wheels bike shop in Anaheim, CA. As a master mechanic, vintage Britbike connoisseur and motorcycle racer, Meatball splits his time between family, his shop and his rock band Smiling Face Down.

Brittown joins Meatball for several months as he runs his old BSA in vintage motocross races, hits the desert with the No Gooders bike club, flies down the Willow Springs straightaways on his Norstar, and uses all his skill to rebuild an old 650 Triumph Bonneville motor into a blazing road-ready screamer.

From Scott Di Lalla and Zack Coffman, directors of the award-winning custom motorcycle documentary Choppertown.

Choppertown: the Sinners is available through Choppertown.com as well as all major DVD outlets such as Amazon, DVDEmpire, Netflix, and iTunes.

Winner of several awards including Best Documentary at the Temecula International Film Festival, Hollywood DV Festival and Park City Film Music Festival.
