Download this press release as an Adobe PDF document.

Many immigrants are left on the fringes of the American social scene. Learning English is key to effectively joining the American society. There is a new and private way immigrants can learn English in the comfort of their home and at their own pace.
Flexibility is the key to helping this hardworking population. Many Hispanics need to learn English as they have the time. That's what we allow them to do.

(PRWEB) September 12, 2008 -- Today sees the launch of WorldClassTutor a great new site to help Hispanics learn English as a second language and tutor children grades K-12. In particular those immigrants from a Spanish speaking background will gain much from this site. There are downloadable videos that people can watch in Spanish with the tutor helping the student learn English.    The videos emphasize vocabulary and not grammar. Accompanying PDF files are also downloadable and printable for practice.    Many immigrants desire to learn English quickly but do not have the time or funds necessary. Now learning is affordable for everyone via downloadable videos[shopworldclasstutor.com.

Example: Jose came to America for a better life. It embarrassed him that his English was so weak but he was too shy to enroll in a language class. He picks up English words here and there to help with his language skills. Jose's story could be echoed by millions of others across the USA. Now, there is a simple and affordable way to help Jose and others like him.

Led by Ms. Elisa Meri Ramirez Feliciano, students will be guided in practical everyday situations like filling out a job application or opening a bank account. Ms. Feliciano speaks both English and Spanish as a native. "I am excited about helping the Hispanic community in enabling them to become bilingual" says Ms. Feliciano. Education Director Gerry Hartigan feels strongly that videos offer something traditional classrooms can not. "Flexibility is the key to helping this hardworking population. Many Hispanics need to learn English as they have the time. That's what we allow them to do." claims Mr. Hartigan.

Many businesses are enhanced by the wave of new legal immigrants from Spanish speaking countries. The new downloadable videos will help Hispanic employees be even more productive by understanding the English language and increasing their productivity and understanding of work related issues. Senior Vice President Jim Crawford explains, "We believe good communication leads to a safer and more productive workplace."

Other programs offered by WorldClassTutor include Math, Science and English for K-12 students. Online tutors converse using the internet's built in telephone (VOIP). Students can prepare for tests, write papers or fill in gaps they may have missed in class.

With its unique approach to learning and its innovative way of helping ithe Hispanic community learn English, WorldClassTutor.com seeks to be a leader in its field. WorldClassTutor.com was established in 2006 and is headquartered in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
