Free listings for vacation rentals contain the same information as paid listings, including a description of unlimited length, up to 12 images of the home, and a link to a website or a virtual tour. Site visitors fill out a simple form and are connected directly with the homeowners to complete the rental transaction.

If all spaces are filled, interested owners of rental properties will be placed on a waiting list until an opening occurs.
On July 4, 2007, owners of rental properties taking advantage of this promotion will be provided an opportunity to extend their listing for just $189 per year, the standard price. This option is not mandatory, and without renewal, the listing will simply be removed from the site on expiration.
