- Set access permissions/restrictions for an image asset, so users control who can view, edit and download their image files
- Search for images
- Manage assets, view and edit the information details associated with an asset or delete the asset from imagebank when it is no longer required
- Download images quickly and easily, even in a different format or resolution to the original upload. Users no longer need to re-purpose images in an expensive editing suite
- Create a report on image usage; track which images are being downloaded and who is downloading them
