"The unique thing about Ximmy.com is that it allows users to earn rewards for participating by submitting and publishing articles and posting comments," says Richard Ung, Senior Executive of Ximmy.com. "Users earn points through submissions that can be accumulated and redeemed for cash."

Ximmy.com (available online at http://www.ximmy.com) is a Web 2.0 social networking review site that uses a points system to reward its users. Users earn points by sharing content and posting comments on submissions of news, video, pictures, and web sites. Readers earn one point per story submitted, one point per comment, and 15 points per item of published news. A sliding scale translates these points into real money; 1,000 points, for example, translates into $10.

In addition to allowing users to submit articles that make up the site's diverse content, readers also have several opportunities to interact with a network of friends. Following a free registration process, users can vote on articles, which helps good articles get published on Ximmy.com's front page. Users can comment on articles of interest and even rate comments by other users.

An affiliate program also allows users to promote Ximmy.com on their blog or web site, rewarding them with $0.50 for every user that signs up. Ximmy.com provides text links and banners, and tracks every click through.

"Ximmy.com is intended to offer its users a unique opportunity for social networking, and to interactively blend interests in sharing and reading about social issues, while making money at the same time," says Ung. "Ultimately, everyone wins either by sharing their favorite stories or reading great content, and potentially making money."

Ximmy.com is a social network review site that pays users through a points system by sharing news, videos, pictures and web sites with their friends and other users. The web site allows people to discover and share content from anywhere on the Internet. If the submitted content is of interest to users, it is promoted to Ximmy.com's front page by the community of users through a voting system. For more information, please visit http://www.ximmy.com.
